Description
After seeing the magnificent flowers of the flowering cherry trees and azaleas in spring I decided to include these trees in one of My artworks. They are some of My favourite flowering trees in the World. At spring the green leaves of the plants are almost entirely hidden behind masses of colour. The taller trees are commonly called 'Cherry blossoms' and their flowers always open after winter before the leaves open, showing nothing than huge masses of pink, white or red ( there's no red ones here ). The smaller shrubs at the bottom are the world famous Azaleas showing off their many shades of red, pink, magenta and white.About 15 hours of work involved here. but I was really happy with how it turned out. Enjoy
Like with all my other art, Ripping is prohibited by copyright, so don't

You have made spring look more beautiful than it does in real life.
...well that might be a slight exaggeration, but it's close enough to being true.

I think in real life it varies depending on where you live, and what kind of trees you have around. Here would be a sampling of all the best ones put together

The best ones... yeah, I'm starting to agree with you there.
Though I've never seen a white Cherry Blossom tree before, not even on Google Images :/ though it's probably because I've never really known of their existence.

White ones exist [link] But pink is usually the more popular choice

I have actually made a more realistic one here [link] Which was made roughly a year later next Spring after this...Who knows how good the next version will be when I make another blossoming cherry scene next Spring !
Glad you like it !

I could go into deep detail about the colors
I could talk about the shading
I could tell you how wonderful the lighting is
but there is really no need
only one word can describe this
pretty!

With enough time and money, aswell as a suitable climate. It is possible to create gardens on large peices of land just like this one. I bet there are devoted owners who have done just that.

The colors work perfectly together, and everything is very well put together. Absolutely gorgeous.

Yep. Colour was a major issue in this one. I tried to make it as colourful as I could but still keep it believable by using only the colours that these flowers come in.

Springtime flowers just died off as I finished this. So it's a whole year before I see anything like this again.
But with all the events that take place in a year, next spring just seems to arrive before I realise.
