Carli, Elysian’s cybernetic net-goddess known as Wraith spending time with the machines and cables that extend her awareness to the furthest reaches of Elysian’s empire and beyond. She retains an almost completely human appearance without the common armor of a combat soldier. The electronic battlefield is her domain and all of neural jacks are on the back of her skull and neck as well as bio interfaces for her bodily maintenance when she is interfaced with the servers of Elysian's Networks.

Despite her enticing looks, she shuns most direct human contact. Only Jason and his “Wolfpack”, an elite combat unit, have become her surrogate family. They watch over her real body while she watches over them from her electronic domain. She only unplugs from the cybernet to check on equipment or the occasional forced real life meeting. In her absence, A.I. Echoes of her span the entirety of Elysians networking connections monitoring and reporting back independently, constantly. While she is often hidden away in a special interfaced sleep-coffin buried in the core of a starbase or in the heart of a starship’s command center, she is always present where the Wolfpack is operating.
