Description
Again testing out my new telephoto lens, even though the robins weren't too far away the depth of field turned out fairly nicely. Not my usual kind of shot, but I thought I'd try it out whilst ~Ra1Der was stopped to shoot them anyway.Related content

Cute! I want to hold it. They always look so soft and cuddly, and of course they really aren't.

I was quite surprised how close they let us get to get some good photographs, normally they would have just flown away.

Thank you. The colours came out rather well and the focus was brilliant with this lens, even though the bird was fairly close.

Thank you. I did think to myself "why am I taking a picture of a bird?". It must be the first time, and I was surprised when I actually liked the outcome.
