Personality: Ping can't deny his curiosity, even though he was raised in a place that taught only a fear of the world. He's a very nervous and shy rat yes, but he also wants to explore and discover. Being raised on his town's stereotypes though, he goes through life being afraid of most things and is absolutely terrified of predators. He doesn't understand how a lot works in this modern world and can be very naive.

History: Ping is from a small far away village that after suffering many dangers and hardships shut themselves off from the world. Every once and awhile several villagers called scouts are sent off into the world to see if it's safe. The time has once again come to do this and Ping was one of the few to be chosen. He's now come to Lilypad to see how the outside world is doing and if it's safe enough to finally emerge from hiding. To bad he doesn't know what he's getting into.
