so, i made something :v this was mostly made just to play around with glitching effects, that are effects that i really like, so yeah, this is a version of heart light where i dont really know much about how to design it :v i once drew this version like,, 1 year ago? but i changed some small things, i also decided to change heart light's wings, because it was kinda hard to draw them, it was kinda excessive and i think she looks better without it, so yeah, i dont have much to say about this, just that it took me centuries to finish it and that doing the lineart of this was hell-- thats all, so anyways, hope you like it :>speedpaint: youtu.be/MqKoWSififA

uhh-- google helped me with the filters, but the lineart itself took me 3 hours :'v
