Outcast Studios - ART of WAR: An Art Battle

Grudge match with CBR-1 and Tag Match CBR Champ...

The battle premise was Metroid, pieces could be created with any media, completed within one week from challenge acceptance.

I used Manga Studio and Photoshop to put my piece together. Going with a more action oriented layout, I tried to include as many of the enemies as I could remember from the various games. I also wanted to go with a somewhat classic look to Samus... but not paint myself into a corner with the suit design. All in all I was pretty pleased with this effort.

It serves as my warm up for the next CBR (Character Battle Royale - Three -- the Villains Edition).

I'll be destroying competition with DC Comic's Ultraman.
