we don't need another Fire/Flying type, because I can guarantee that if this type swap was made, GF would be so uncreative they would give it Gale Wings and heavy-hitting fire and flying moves.

Haha, its so uncreative isn't much of an excuse. We wait for now, Rowlet can be mixed or even special, the complete opposite.
Also, there's only ONE PokΓ©mon with Gale wings, which questions this even farther.

Ok, I wrote this while in a hurry so here is what it means:
Competitively, a Fire Flying type is either going to be very good or very bad. Moltres and Charizard are decent, but then there is Talonflame, which is broken, with Gale Wings, which is why I thought Gale Wings would be enough to justify the main points: slapping on a seemingly exclusive hidden ability to a Pokemon with the potential to be broken (hence hard hitting Fire and flying type moves) isnt creative, even more so since the Talonflame got a lot of attention, and yes, I thought more than one Pokemon had it as an added hidden ability, but I must have been thinking of something completely different like Huge Power or Cloud Nine which were given to other Pokemon later. Moltres and Charizard competitively have an x4 Rock weakness, one of the most commonly seen types, so they aren't as good or as Uber as Talonflame. I'd rather not see another Fire-flying type because this uber bird got so much attention.
Also, this is Pokemon, and I hope you realize your tone is in the context of a game targeted towards children. If you are going to be an asshole over a message clearly half-assed, then please don't even reply.
"By your logic" is such a half-assed argument here, the two are clearly not even the same, (but guess what? We do have a lot of cats, they don't all do the same thing, but when so many are trash tier and meant to sell plushies, they are a waste of a roster character. So we should start getting good cats, we have a few, but some are still trash) that would be like me saying that there are too many ant species and you saying that I think there are too many bugs. You are comparing one thing clearly much more broad.

The deal, is Talonflame isn't broken at all. Why do people think it can't be stopped and simply whine all the time? A clear disadvantage, that unlike the others, Talonflame is completely walled by rock types, and to some extend, Steel types easily have the power to crush Talonflame-
and a little certain one called Heatran. Talonflame's movepool may have enough, but does it have more to cover? Its a little questioning fact that Talonflame would of been outclassed and overall, not very good if it didn't have its Gale Wings.
With 81 att, and only 'decent' 78/71/69, its pretty noticed the badass bird will be used, but the Users are only using it because of design. Otherwise, many other PokΓ©mon can certainly handle the job better than Talonflame in Taunt, Will-o-Wisp, and Bulk up especially.
