Interesting shot,love the tiles,remind me of a butterfly's wing. Looks like it could do with a touch more contrast,or is that intentional?

Thank you for the comment! I might try adding some contrast to see what it looks like. I did fiddle around with the curves in photoshop to give it a bit of a more old feeling, so that why it might look a bit faded to you

could even try boosting the contrast then converting to B/W
