Edit: Added a background.Because a lot of my watchers like him, and I neglect him. 0:
LOOK he's SPARKLY but those markings were a pain in the butt :c And I also decided on a new hologram. I never liked the lightning bolt in the first place, so have a shark tail!
I was listening to Basshunter while drawing this so that's where the title comes form lol /uncreative

I was looking through your gallery and didn't see this before cause of my derp press x on all my watch things. I especialy like the shading *other then the fact the shading spreads onto the background, but thats cool. A lot of people do that
