I drew my first pony the other day, since then, for some reason or another its been pony on the brain. I'm not entirely sure of this phenomenon, but, I drew his little comic. It made me lolololol.
Perhaps no ponies for the future, but then, who the hell knows! Not me!

(Head's up, sorry to necromance - especially since I don't have anything more to add except: I agree, LOL! - But looking at this comic again inspired the weirdest idea...)
Blade comes home, goes into his room, shuts the door and flips on the light. A horrified SCREAM can be heard. Door flies open, Blade bursts from the room fur on end, going: "EIGHT, GODDAMNIT!!! GET YOUR FUCKING ASS OVER HERE!" Finds Eight, who's managing to keep a convincing straight face.
Eight, innocently: "Something wrong?"
Blade, calmly: "You know, I kill people for going into my room without my permission..." Eight just waits. Blade explodes, "FUCKING PONIES?? HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND???" Eight can't hold it back anymore and busts a gut, whilst Blade is fully off on his rant, "MY BEDSHEETS ARE PINK!" And Blade actually grabs eight by the shoulders, "WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BEHOOVE YOU TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT???"
Eight: "Thought you could use a little pink in your life, lighten up Mr Doom-and-Gloom! Tell me, do you feel pretty now?" Blade just stares at him, Eight grins right back. "No need to thank me, man; I know I'm awesome. By the way, you have some weird fetishes, you know that?" Blade's mouth drops open. Blade struggles to come up with something more clever than 'You've got about three seconds before I get knifey'.
I dunno, not sure that's in character for Eight or not, but.. it's funny!

You got him hit spot on, BTW. Eight is a big practical joker. And not just limited to something like redecorating Blade's room, either, though - ho-lee-shit, thats hilarious! And the best part is, I can HEAR that muffled scream from the living room of the house!! Oh my god, its hilarious! The whole situation!
I have to be careful playing with Blade and Eight in my head. Eight pats, taps, pushes and otherwise rests on people (namely when he's in heavy laughter) and That and Blade may not mix together so well.
And I KNOW Blade's threats wouldn't sink into Eight - I think Eight see's through them, whether they're real or not. I can see him actually getting the 'Get Stabby' threat from Blade, becoming serious, straight faced and talking to Blade plainly - THIS is just a clever rouse and set up, lulling the Umbreon into a false sense of security before the next jab and furhter laughter! XD

I get these ideas randomly, as Eight and Blade's personalities are fun to bounce off each other... and I think Eight would be persistant enough to constantly pester Blade, even if the umbreon is trying to ignore him.
Oh, what I forgot to mention, is that Blade figured it'd be Eight because, when he came home, would've noticed Eight's presence. Just don't ask me why Eight would be in Blade's house, LOL!
Another thing is that I think Blade and Eight would even share some interests or disinterests - at least, enough for humiliating images.

You know whats funny? I do the same thing. Often times, I build from things that you say, but I do come up with things randomly on my own too. This time, I've built off what you had said, the whole prank thing.
I see, in my mind, the first moment of a sort of unspoken bond between Blade and Eight, when Blade finally gets it in his head to get Eight back. Its crude, tactless, careless, and utterly humiliating - I just see Eight cruising along a regular route (walking or riding or whatever) and looks over to see a billboard, HUGE, a picture of him with like a thumbs up. (Maybe Blade suckered him into being cocky for the camera on some drunken escapade or another), and its just a huge picture of Eight being a smartass for the image, and some super-imposed words in a bubble... something like "I MOLEST KITTENS" or something hilarious like that! And at the bottom, would say (suck it, Eight.)
LOLOL!
I really get a good lol out of this one too, because Eight eventually comes to swing the door open at Blade's place. Standing there, (if he was riding, his clothing may be torn, and he would have road rash from crashing, lol), He would just standin the door frame. Blade would nonchalantly say like "So... see anything interesting today?"
Eight would reply, "Well played, you son of a bitch."
Blade - "So... are we done with this now?"
Eight - "Oh, this is far from over, you scruffy, hilarious bastard."
So yeah, I guess your last comment on this note was right too, they would definitely share some of the same interests and disinterests regarding this. And on others? Eight may surprise Blade with his knowledge of weapons!

Yes, the weapon knowledge would indeed be something.
But, gee, how would you top that? 'Sexy' photos of Blade wearing photoshopped pink fuzzy handcuffs a la playfur? He could even get his hands on nude photos if he'd gone through Blade's room.
Or, even simpler, switching Blade's knives with one of those trick knives, I dunno.
I had an idea as a mean joke on both of them, I think you'll guess where the inspiration for this one came from:
Blade and Eight peak over the shoulder of a female artist, that is me, drawing something and both reactions are the same. Disbelief, then disgust with both of them eyes shut, tongues sticking out in a "Ewwww, gag!" type thing. Image being of Eight and Blade doing something unimaginable, like kissing.
