Yeah... because there is a grade crossing just this side of the diamond. I woulda liked to have been closer but the J wouldn't let me move the signal mast.

They did care for it... But they also didn't pound on it. The UP sees more trains on this crossing in an hour or two than the J did in a day.

Actually I'm kneeling on the Church Street grade crossing (pedestrian walk). The gates are up. The train behind me hasn't triggered them yet and it's the J, not UP and the number on the signal box is 1-888-883-4202. Call now... operators are standing by.
