and i also discovered that the explorer title is not in the correct position sometime.

Erm, just taking requests? Or at least willing to help someone make their own VS for 8.1 if you're not taking requests¿
There's a GTK3/Qtcurve theme for Linux called Numix that I'd love to see ported over to Window as 8.1, and I would make it myself if I had any idea what I'm doing...
