Compatible for both x64 & x86 system
For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- You Need Install Ribbon Disabler for Windows 8 and 8.1 Download.
- To back start menu windows 7 so use Startisback.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

I managed to get past that ad page that was what WOT was finding as a scam site by clicking on its go back option. The site is because of that pesky ad saying 'Earn money on short links!' That advertisment page on your site is blacklisted...
