- For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- You Need Install Ribbon Disabler for Windows 8 and 8.1 Download.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

Well. I WANTED to download and install this theme... I downloaded the ZIP file and it just contained instructions and a link to the cleodesktop site.
Which has some VERY obnoxious ads. Even with adblock enabled, it just blanked out the page and asked me to turn off my adblock. And the download link on cleodesktop just kept redirecting me to MORE ads.
If you want people to use this, please make it more accessible.
