Doggy in a skirt is so surreal because she's really not the sort of person I would expect to wear skirts. Shorts definitely, pants maybe, but not skirts.
otherwise this is actually a really good and fairly faithful rendition of her.
I see you opted to let her hair down rather than give her the giant poof ponytail.
... it looks a bit like you slimmed her down, though. Though that's probably just me.
