Description She is domestic, and yet not so much, because she fits her eerie landscape very well. We can easily see the poetry in her form, and I for one would leave her to herself. Taken on the border of Texas and Oklahoma.

Cows can be very loving! My kids have shown heifers and cows for many years at fair and they always treat my kids with gentleness and my daughter even naps on hers in the stall. They are trusting to those that treat them with kindness. Every cow has a "flight zone" you were outside of that zone but by her look you were getting close. Great shot!

Yes, eerie is the work.  Step back a few paces and she would disappear into the mottled background.
