Actually, Cathy, the cardinals are the masters of this situation, given the amount of seed they demand as their modeling fee. Even now they are pestering me, like so many cats.

That's a female cardinal, Timur. The male's a bright red. You can see any number in my gallery.

Yes? In russian this bird named "udod". It is not very beautiful name but the bird is realy nice.
