What an awesome luxray! I like the electric effect. As for what's off, it might be the placement of the jaw...otherwise it looks great! ^^

Ah, I see. Gonna have to take a closer look at it then. Bit of an odd situation for me though because of the way I draw his jaw ;from an angle that is. Had a little trouble visualizing it from the side. But, thank you for your input! Glad you like it
