The war between the FARC and Colombian government, that started in 1964, is finally over! Both sides have signed a peace deal, and will be ratified by congress next week.(The drawing was made to answer and ask from tumblr)

I hope we will see the rise of a democratic functional system from this. 52 years is too long to not learn anything.

The people rejected this deal. That's why they had to go to congress. I'm just glad both sides decided that the war had to end.

Yeah, finding a deal that works is important, but the war didnt give any solution. Perhaps their system needs a change, but I dont live there so I dont know. But they live there, so I leave it up to them to negotiate to a working solution. I will only tell them to not discriminate.
