Eyes: Red (They were brown when she was alive.)
Personality: Cynical, Cranky, Sarcastic, Hot-tempered, Witty, Clever, Cunning, Stubborn, Selfish, Has a secret good side.
Family: Howard(Husband, Still alive), Destiny(Daughter, Still alive)
Likes: Getting what she wants, Living dangerously, Motorbiking.
Dislikes: Talking about her past.
Day of Birth: August 13, 1967
Day of Death: November 7, 1992
Cause of Death: Vehicle crash
Sins: Child abuse, Theft, Murder, Sex before marriage.
Story: Celia was always the kind of girl who hungered for a life outside of morality and virtue, feeling it'd be much more exciting. When she was 15, she got pregnant with her daughter Destiny before she and her soulmate even got married. But when she became a mother, she was a really bad one. She would often neglect Destiny in favor of going out to steal some expensive jewelry/purse/etc., shooting anyone who got in her way, and never getting caught. When she was home, she would shout at Destiny for little reasons and even physically hurt her. Destiny's experience with her mother messed her up so much that even she became pretty terrible herself when she got older. She would abuse the children she babysitted the same way her mother abused her and at some point even attempted to murder a toddler but ended up killing the family cat instead.(That cat was Felim, another OC of mine.) Anyway, back to Celia. Since she arrived into Hell, she's pretty much the same as when she was alive...or so she wants everyone to think. Deep down underneath that bad girl facade and I mean very, very deep down, there's a part of her that regrets the horrible things she's done and wishes she could have done better. But the chances of anyone finding that out are pretty slim.
