Vanessa: Once a year, every fairy godmother in every state, or city, get together and have 24 hours of fun at the state fairy queen's home. Or in my case, my home. I'm the queen of ALL the fairies in new york, but I'm also the New York fairy queen. (to Tikki) So, are all the districts accounted for?
