Wow! This is so realistic but subdued in a manner that you believe it is not a photograph. It makes Elena appear as a thoughtful and beautiful woman (which she probably is in real life...). I think it's great. Your client must be totally happy with your results.

Thanks! Funny story about this piece. Elena orginally was wearing some sort of ice blue sweater, but it just wasn't working for me. So I look down at the sweater I was swearing and the room and the pattern on the chair and I asked her if she wouldn't mind wearing mine. So it's really a portrait of Elena and my sweater. And I still have that sweater - somewhere.
