This is a tutorial I've made for the *AnimeVectorArtists club to clear up and issue with my latest piece Flight of the Parasols .

Since my vector program is still new and many vector artists are not familiar with it, I made this tutorial on how I made the clouds using the 'live effects' in Microsoft Expression Design. Flight of the Parasols is a 100% vector file with no rasterization and this tutorial shows how to make the clouds utilizing the 'live effects.'

I use Microsoft Expression Design so I am not sure that it would work in Photoshop.

Thanks so much! Not very long actually. Not long at all. I guess maybe because I'm used to the program though? And to me those weren't very complex clouds. I'm hoping to try and practice some more using the same effect and see if I can do something more detailed later. But it is hard though since you have to think in solid colors.
