A little while back, Larry King (aka ) and I had a discussion about how there wasn't really an official cover for the first issue of "Opey the Warhead". I did do a pencil cover for the first issue but it was never inked. It can be seen here: [link]Given that I couldn't find the original pencils for the first issue (having the organizational skills of a tsunami), I decided to create an official cover for the first issue, seen here. It was fun drawing Opey, his dad, and robotic mom.
