Description I think I annoyed her when I moved the door away from her. She jumped a little and reared up, hence the nearest foot isn't on the wall.

Again with the tripod.

Thanks to MikkoDownUnder for pointing out that this isn't a Wolf Spider. c:

You might be right. I thought that it was the same spider that was on the kitchen window, but upon closer inspection, I can see that the markings on the thorax aren't as bold.
Seems I was wrong.

Thanks. C:

No worries, there's a lot of spiders here in Oz Those look nasty but they are actually quite good for your house. They eat things you don't like to see Just be aware when you see Funnel Webs or Redbacks...

As far as I know, we don't get Funnel Webs in SA. We get a ton of Red Backs though.

Did you know that a juvenile Red Back is actually grey? I once caught a baby red back without realizing and thought it was just a grey house spider... lolol the surprise I had when it started to turn black and get red markings. xP

It's crazy how a spider can crawl on a wall as easy as we stand on land.

The scary thing is, they can go everywhere. The Wall, the floor, the ceiling.
As a human being, I feel jipped. Why can't we walk on the walls and ceilings too?

That's sort of how I feel about a lot of things. It's partly the reason I fell into a transformation fetish. (Which I crawled out of.)

The fact that human beings are so limited by what they can do physically, and who they are physically, just seems to do so much damage. But we don't worry about ourselves anymore, or even others. We just see money and hunger for it like a poverty stricken child hungers for a piece of cooked food.
