Shiruru
As a cub she was always happy being with her father, being the daughter of a border guard and a medic. After her mother left the pride- and her- behind, her father became distant and closed off. The last of her cubhood was spent watching her father waste away in a downward slope of depression. After some time, she met a young outsider lion who liked to relax just outside the border. She began seeing him regularly, when her father got news of this. However instead of chasing him off, he decides to allow Shiruru to continue seeing this lion- as there is an air of confidence to this lion that proves worthy of the pride.

Daktari
This young lion has always been a bit of a handful, and has an arrogance to him that puts his pride's alphas to shame. Being born blind has made no affect on his skills and emotional distribution toward others. As a medic in his pride, he has a bitter attitude toward older lions and lionesses who get hurt from their duties. He is much gentler with cubs, and only slightly snarky with lions and lionesses he grew up. Making a deep connection with only ever one young lioness has been enough to make him less ignorant.

Aaruu
As a twin, she has an innate ability to know how others feel. She learned to hone this empathic prowess over time growing up with her twin brother. Also having many aunts and uncles in multiple prides gives her and her brothers and their cousins an unlimited intrusion pass into those lands that hold that their family. After some years of going between different prides and growing up, she met a handsome lion in her own pride, though he was older. He was being company to the alpha when she came home and bluffed him out of trouble for trespassing- claiming him to be her mate. As he was about to leave, he thanked her for giving him an out with her alpha- but it got .. out of hand. In the end he decided to stick around due to unforeseen events.
