Most of translated words are "ストライキジャケット" and "海峡ジャケット". 海峡 is correct for Strait. but it seems strange for us becouse it valley of sea I have never seen 拘束衣 in Google translate

That's the usual definition of Strait. Like the Bering Strait. In old english (1800s), Strait meant tight. So a strait of water is a tight fit for ships, and a strait jacket is a very tight jacket.
