Description
The blank can be found here~FNAF1 Penelope: Basic design. The first animatronic of the gang constructed, she's the straight structure from the sketch / draft, hence she's not quite as "up-to-date" looking as the original Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. Stout and short build, a stiffened "trunk" body, her feet are placed to make her waddle realistically to a real Emperor penguin, and a very small articulated tail that is only visible when she is completely turned around. Bright crystal blue eyes, a constantly running nose, a feverish blush across her beak, a tuft of feathers on her head, wears a red-and-green striped scarf around her neck, and she usually has a tissue box with her as her onstage prop.
FNAF2 / Withered Penelope: Structure is the same, but she is torn and broken in more ways than one, much like the others that appear from the original pizzeria. Her most notable damages are her missing left eye - revealing some of her endoskeleton's face - and nearly entire flipper at the shoulder; other damages include a scratched beak that scourges where her blush was, torn back fabric, scratched right foot, and missing two out of her three toes on her left foot. Her scarf is tattered and ripped.
FNAF2 / Toy Penelope: Her structure is very similar to Toy Chica's , stereotypical feminine characteristics. Adding from her original physical schemes, she has lavender eyelids, rosy cheeks, a smaller blush on her beak, less mucus from her nostrils, a very curvy body, and longer legs for increased mobility. Her scarf has gone from red with green stripes to green with red dots, and she sports a blue garment on her lower body. Her feather tuft is now kept up with a ponytail holder. Unlike Toy Chica, she cannot remove her eyes and beak.

Sure!
The body of an animatronic is mostly divided into two or three sections for the thorax, and the same for the arms, varying on the overall girth of the character. The divisions of the arms shoulder be slightly longer than those of the thorax.

The body's sections should be wider and shorter. The arms should be thinner and longer.
Is that better? I didn't mean to go all scientific and mathematical. Sorry xD
