Hand drew this on photoshop using a pencil brush.It's Mr. Pricklepants from Toy Story 3 as his voice actor Timothy Dalton! (who used to be 007).
I just couldn't give him a real gun, so I gave him a water gun instead hehe.

Yes I did, I'm as shocked as you actually haha, I sometimes have these intense art surges that only occur late at night when I'm exhausted. I always seem to make the best artwork at that time. I'm pretty sure this took about two hours, after that I get lost in the zone. I didn't even think I was capable of this either until I did it. I thought I was totally gonna trash this pic until I got really into it.
and yes haha, my hand killed since the soft part on my tablet has been shed off from endless nights of drawing o-o; Thank you for your consideration!
