Tom walked into a clothing store to buy a new outfit. Clothing for men was on one side and clothing from women was on the other. He walked into the mens' section. Business suits could be found in a wide variety of colors, but the colors seemed dull and ugly. He did not go anywhere near them.

Tom went to the womens' section. The clothing there also came in a wide variety of colors and also seemed dull and ugly, with one exception. In the corner was a brightly colored leopard dress. The idea of wearing the dress fascinated him.

Tom went over and picked the dress up which started the transformation. His breasts grew. He became slightly smaller and slightly thinner. His formal shirt became a blouse, his pants became a dress and his shoes gained a heel. Facial and body hair disappeared as the hair on his head grew longer. Finally his genitals changed leaving him, or her, fully female.

Instinctively she knew the name Tom was no longer appropriate for her. From that point on, she called herself Tori. Seeing she had the leopard dress in her hand and she decided to try it on. She thought that was what she was going to do all along.

Once Tori put on the leopard dress a second set of changes began. Leopard ears emerged from the top of her head. A tail grew out of her which wagged back and forth as if it had always been there. Human thoughts faded from her mind as she gained the instincts of a leopard.

Tori ran out of the store. Leopards were not concerned with things like money. The hustle and bustle of the city outside seemed hostile to her. She had to leave it! She ran out of the city and headed to the mountains.

In the mountains Tori finally felt at home. She established her territory. No human or animal would enter that territory unless she allowed it. It was only then she realized she had no plans for the future.

A group of hikers were climbing the mountains nearby. Tori just watched them with a puzzled expression on her face. They seemed out of place, like they did not belong in such an environment. Seeing they were not staying in one place, she just let them be. She had plenty of other things to keep her busy.
