Description Amenii cupped her belly nervously, the squirming had intensified over the last few days. ‘Oooh, calm down… and go to sleep… just go to sleep…Ah! And stop squirming!’ Hands still cupping her swollen abdomen she tried to avoid looking at the wriggling serpents in her belly.

A sharp clicking hiss came from behind her, announcing the monster’s presence before she could even see it. It would not harm her, she had figured that out long ago. No, not while their spawn still grew within her. They would guard her, protect her with their lives, bring her food, or at least try too, the aliens understanding of nutrition was vague at best. Even though she had showed them a ration pack time and time again, they still brought her anything that seemed to be protein based.

Six months on a derelict cruiser adrift, slowly growing, swelling, waiting. There was not much to do besides wait. Hope for a rescue, one she still maintained hope was coming.

Now the question was when?

C.S. Notes: I never really explained this series, or how it fits in to the time line. So, just to answer a few questions, yes, this portion of the series is cannon. Yes, I will explain how it ties into the timeline. And Yes, I probably have an unhealthy obsession with Aliens, I was traumatized as a child. Yes, traumatized.

The babies sense their daddy.
They are excited about that.

Much to Amenii's distress. It is not easy being an alien brood mother.

Hard work being Mom.
Not much info on being the mom of a brood of zenomorphs.

Well, Amenii being the only case I know of...

1. They bite.
2. They mature way to quickly.
3. They obsesivly burst out of anything that they can burrow into.
4. Do not feed them pixy sticks.
5. No Sleep! Ever.
6. Do not take them to the movies until they are older.

😁 Good info! That’ll help
I have heard its hard teaching them to respect personal space.
Drooling is also an issue.

Very much so, Nera kept trying to kick them out of bed, but they just kept climbing back in to be with their mommy.

Closing the door did nothing, as they just started wailing like little sirens until they were let back in.

Lurking was a big issue to as they were showing up everywhere... o.o

Thank you, and she is a little concerned, it is not every day one carries a littler of xenon bunnies.
