it was a very rainy day in antwerp and these poor fella's had to ride through it

the blur doesn't really bother me. you managed to keep the people on bikes in focus which is what counts. the halo effect around the bikes is somewhat distracting though. it makes the photo look a big unnatural. it is a good shot otherwise

well I can see the picture in full resolution and then the people look rather unsharp... it annoys me a bit though but maybe it's just the iso value that I need to get used to XD

sorry i meant to say a "bit" unnatural. i don't know if it will help, but sometimes the paint daub filter works for me in photoshop. you just turn the brush size down to one and keep the sharpness high. or you could try burning a little bit around the bike to even out the light
