Don't underestimate the power of cheap paper, cheap pencils... some of the best artwork comes from the moments when that's all you've got to work with because you feel inspired right then!
Actually, this is a lovely piece! Her face is expressive, her pose is not an easy one, and yet you achieved it...
If I had any suggestions at all - (humbly, of course!) - I'd recommend that maybe you keep in mind that there are no straight lines on the human body... all fluid curves. Not that I'm any sketch guru, but that one thought helps me a lot!

Never put yourself down - there are enough jokers out there who will do that for you! Look at the positives and develop them - for example you have a lovely light touch with you pencil and an expressive use of line. Don't waste your time looking for faults - look for good points - and you've certainly got enough to be going on with! Good luck, friend.
