♫ Why they’ve come to Silver Springs - The only reason why he came was because his parents were going away so they had to send him to a school that would take care of him while they were gone for who knows how long, and he wishes to just accomplish getting out of school then he can start doing things on his own.

♩ Where are they from? – Japan

♪ Personality and Traits:

Apathetic/Quiet - Neiko always was apathetic because of him not being into anything much in school or at home and with this he became a little jealous of kids in his old school because of how carefree they were and always had fun. Also because of this he became quiet and one time people thought he became a mute because of how quiet he was.

Loyal - He will always be loyal towards friends or sometimes strangers when it comes to secrets that don’t want to me told, he will never tell them unless its serious and needs to be told or if it has to do with someone getting hurt physically or mentally.

Childish/Competitive - He hates this part of himself the most because he can be childish when it comes to small contests which will make him become a mix of Childish and Competitive and will be a little carefree not caring if he bends the rules a bit.

Rude/Strict - Neiko only acts rude if you annoy him a lot or just make him mad in general which its really hard to make him mad but annoying him is really easy. He rarely becomes strict when it comes to little rules, but just like what it says in Loyal he is willing to show the rules when someone gets hurt on the body or the heart.

Kind/Caring - Rarely ever shows this side of him unless its someone he loves or likes then its likely he will act kind/caring, he secretly cares for everyone’s safety and health.

+ Cats, mostly black cats
+ Music, any type of music that keeps him calm unless its country music because he hates that the most.
+ Books/Libraries
+ Coffee/Lollipops touch his coffee or candy, you will feel a world of pain..
+ White roses, he has a thing for them for some reason
+ Drama/chaos, Neiko just has a fun time watching it while he just sits there on the side line.
+ Has a thing for Latin words, doesn’t mean he can speak latin but he knows what some latin words mean.
- Getting mud on himself, likes to stay clean as possible unless its for something that is super important
- Spiders/bugs, its not like he’s afraid of them he just isn’t found on them so they will be killed on sight if near him.
- Call him short he is willing to elbow you in the stomach.
- Annoying people who are overly attracted to him or mistake him for a girl.
- When people act too kind to him, because then he will start questioning you and will maybe start ignoring you as well.
- The school clothes, its too hot for him to wear.

♩ Background - When Neiko was very small around 3 years old he lived in Japan, but after his dad’s work was moved they also had to move to U.S.A which then they lived in Oregon. Growing up in Oregon Neiko disliked because he wasn’t much of a fan of running or climbing up mountains like his father and mother, so after a few years his parents chose to go somewhere which they didn’t tell Neiko where because they promised him they would be back when he moves into 11th grade and they didn’t know who would take care of him and take him to school so they chose to move him into Silver Springs High knowing that they would take care of him for that time.

♬ Relationships -

Charlotte Leroy - He also made a candy trade with her, which they both have claim a tree for their ‘group’ to be at only when they all have free-time. She also calls him ‘kitty-cat’ because he explained what type of cat he and her would be and he explained what his name meant in Japanese. Which the nickname annoys the heck out of Neiko.

Shiraishi Mimichiyo - They also made a candy deal once, Neiko likes hanging out with her because she nice and respectful, he also had to tell her in some cases she doesn’t have to bow and some cases she should.

Fitrian Jaksa - Neiko dislikes the reasons why he keeps on asking him to play or to hug him while clinging to him and not letting him go. When they first met Neiko had to go get some band aids and such because Fitrian tackled him and be ended scraping up his leg and elbow. Now Fitrian calls Neiko 'Nenne' which he doesn't understand at all what that name means anyway so he's letting it slip for now.

Rina Tachibana - When they first met Rina asked Neiko if she could call him ‘Neko’ = ‘cat’ which he allowed her to call him neko even though most of the girls call him a cat like person. And he told her she shouldn’t be so shy even though she’s new to the school.

Bennet Giles - Even though they have just met Neiko thinks he’s cool and sort of looks up to him, even though that Bennet calls him the ‘Interesting one’ at first Neiko treated him like everyone else until he found out that both him and Bennet love chaos then he got intrested in him.

♫ Miscellaneous/Extras -
- He’s really a intersex, but he’s mostly referred to be a male even though his family first thought he was a girl. he even worn a dress when he was 9 years old for a wedding because his parents wanted him tom, he had to act like a girl as well. Thought when he was younger he had longer hair
- Neiko can also be really shy if you flirt with him or you’re really close to him, but he can also reject you by acting coldly by saying “Do you mind, but can you get out of my way or leave me alone.”
- Its hard to make a conversation with him unless he’s the one who starts it or if its about something he likes.
- Has one silver streak in his hair which he doesn’t know how it happened to his hair.

- Is likely going to say 'shut up' when you annoy him which he doesn't care how you feel afterwards unless your a close friend or the words just slipped out of his mouth or your a girl, if your a girl he's likely going to say 'please be quiet.'
