That's why it is called "a parody".
In this version there's no sacrifize at all, in fact Naruto and Hinata were never in real danger. He is faking everything but overdid it too much and got injured for real.
The only ones that believe he is dead are his teammates because they're a bunch of drama queens (just like the old lady bear in the movie). This was suppused to be a parallel of that very scene, you know?
There's no tragedy in this version. Everybody's happy and there are laughs and lame jokes everywhere.
You are taking a happily-ever-after version too seriously. Relax xD
