A STORY BEHIND THIS SCENE JUST CAME TO ME:
Poison lifts Mega Man's supply E-Tanks and says he has to sabotage his sister's machinery to get it back! After saboting said machinery and leaving Roll in a heap of sadness; Mega Man meets Poison at the arranged meeting point(purgatory, maybe)as seen above to do the exchange! Mega Man practically laments about how much he regrets making Roll so sad even if it's for something this important! Poison responds,"Eh, well, she'll get over it...eventually; here, get some of this up in you, it'll make you feel better!" the whole time, not knowing she's put POISON in there! Well actually it's just spiked with Tequilla to make him tipsy and more relaxed and to reduce his inhibitions; but not for what you most likely are thinking about!

I can't get over how motherly Poison appears to be here; but it's ruined by her eyes, she looks like there's some ulterior motive behind her actions!
