After radio contact is lost with two men deep in the Arctic, our heroes leave their lives in Oregon, and venture out across the Tundra in search of answers. Answers concerning the fate of their old friends, the mysterious entity they were studying, and the dark future of the planet...
I like Gravity Fall almost as much as Metroid. And I know a lot of the lore too. So, I drew this, as my view of a likely future for the characters in the show.
Kind of sad, kind of nice. Kind of just... It fits, I think.
Mabel is pretty much the same, and still has that grapple gun. She's probably happily married to a vampire or something, but who wouldn't want to go on an adventure in the Arctic?
Soos has just found the body of the only father he's ever known. So... Things might get interesting for him.
Wendy is still Wendy. Doing whatever Dipper's doing is always more exciting than lumberjacking and/or college, so here she is.
Dipper's dreams have all come true. He now has the quantum destabilizer and a time machine, which qualify him as that adventurer he always dreamed he'd be. And he has a beard, which officially qualifes him as a manly man. I like Dipper, and ever since the show's end, I've wanted to draw a good future for him.
Stanford Pines, explorer, inventor, walking spoiler, hero, died of a heart attack at 92 years of age, clutching the last of his research.
Stanley, an old man, found himself stranded alone in the frozen base over the remains of his beloved brother. He soon activated his old-man powers, and followed.
