One day he hopes to be a marine biologist or marine environmentalist.

Under section 201 of Title 11 (U.S. Copyright law) subsection B*, in the case of a work made for hire the "author" is considered to be the employer unless stated otherwise. Nowhere in your rules is this stated otherwise. Ergo, Miss coffaefox is the legal author of this character and has all exlusive rights except those agreed upon. For example, she does not have the right to sell for profit.
After reading your rules, I would say that you do NOT have the "right to take [the character] away in general". The character has been sold, not leased. Evidence of this is that, as stated above, those you deal with are the legal authors, as well as the bottom of your page in which you refer to the "flavours" and "owners" (flavours referencing "stardogs", as supported by the species guide).
Further, despite your claims to the "right to change any rules and add new ones", you legally do not have the right to add any rules to EXISTING CONTRACTS. In order to write a modification to any contract, you must allow all parties to read the modification BEFORE SIGNING, and allow them to ask questions**. This is to ensure that the various parties are not taken advantage of. In other words, while your no-anthro rule may apply to any future contracts (as you have added the rule "to your sheet"), it does not apply to THIS CONTRACT (based on the above comment). Ergo, you cannot terminate the contract. Your other rules do not apply to this situation.
I'm sorry to say this, but you cannot legally reclaim this character, as none of the (legal) rules that were agreed upon AT THE TIME OF SALE were violated.

If you have not read what I have said above, the long and short of it is: go ahead and do what you wish with Patronum. And if you have to, take it to court. There is no way you could lose. You could probably even sue for all exclusive rights involving Patronum, and maybe even get a full refund (superdoq's attempt to reclaim can be seen as him breaking his contractual obligations)!

I am simply trying to make peace between both parties. Although any opinion I give has no legal standing (I am not a judge or juror), I do know the law. And the law is the same whether my oppinion matters or not. If anyone has any questions, I have provided my references below. dude... i hate to be a killjoy, but you cant do that, after how long have you had this out, you cant just say "im adding it now" after she has finished a ref, you need that in the sheet first, you cant just forget something like that and just say it now and put "im adding it now" thats rude, and out of place. you better put that anthros are allowed because even tho you may not want them, you left it way to long to put it in and here is an artist who mainly does anthropomorphic characters, whats the point of having the character?, seriously man, thats out of line

just saying, im not arguing, but just to put this out there, if you did take them back, without a refund, and against her will, that would be classed as a scam and theft. its good that she can resell them, but i really think its wrong that you just brought this up now, so to avoid any other complaints like this one in the future, make a journal explaining that they do not have anthro forms. make it clear and in all honesty, just be a little more clear next time
