Personality: a spoiled brat who abuses people
he doesn't trust people enough to make friends, and yet feels comfotable when touched, it gives him confidence, if he lets anyone close enough to o it at all.
he shuts down easily and would only open his mouth to order people around, it's his way of hiding his actual soft personality, and weak health condition.

he might consider keeping a person close depending on the amount of favours he would wish to carry out for him.

easily ignores people

History:
He used to have one close friend as a kid that had left the country and he hasn't seen him since.
when that kid left, he had to learn how to cope with everything on his own and shut down to the society in a way, worse than he already was.
the only memory of that boy is a bracelete which he recieved from him.
Additional Info:
-blind in his right eye .
-gets dehydrated easily /tends to faint/ , therefore doesn't often exercise and drinks allot of water, tries not to eat salty food as well.
-the only sport he does during the summer is diving; both with oxygen or free diving.
-enjoys collecting sea treasures.
-jelous of other people's fish spirits and is embarrassed of his own, if he notices it coming out when he's still awake he would try to hide it, or act as if it isn't his.
-always gets people to do things for him and bring items to him
otherwise he wouldn't bother comunicating
