Personality/Bio:
Bred from stock at the facilities, her genes were changed in utero to contain those for echolocation as found in Bats, Toothed Whales, and Shrews. She was one of few born in the litter that survived let alone exhibited the desired traits. When it was found that she could emit similar sounds to that of bats and whales, finding her way around even before her eyes were open, the scientists were ecstatic. They gave her the nickname of Echo-Loco, short for Echolocation. Her eyesight is quite poor in anything other than dim light, and in the darkened rooms of the abandoned facilities she has no problem moving around abandoned desks. She uses her abilities to find others in the faction and to locate problems inside her fellow canines. With her short hair she gets cold quite easily making winter time difficult for her.
