I see them as friends, who do lots of stupid and silly stuff together. No shipping.

I'm just annoyed by fans who think and claim that Foxy x Chica/Freddy x Bonnie is canon. Of course everyone can ship what they want but don't overdo it, try to convince others to ship it or insult the people who don't like your ship.

1.The characters from that show that the pizzaria is representing.

Well in Fnaf 4 in the beginning scene where your trapped in the room for the first time and have to keep banging on the door. Freddy and Bonnie look like they're holding hands.

Those are plushies. They are sitting next to each other, that's it. They can't even hold hands and Scott certainly doesn't ship those killer robots. Using that kind of stuff to claim the ship as canon is ridiculous :T It's not canon and never will be, they are robots after all. It's like saying "In the FNaF 3 trailer is a picture of both Bonnie and Chica on the wall, so it's canon!!!", which really isn't a reason to think a ship is confirmed.
(I don't wanna fight either, ship what you want, I'm just easily pissed off when people try to tell me ships are canon ... Sorreh.)

I also see them for what they are in real life as deadly and creepy killing machines with furry suits on, but however I sometimes see them as my head cannon as well
Freddy Fazbear: the more intelligent in the group, he is known to sometimes finds ways to Bring in more customers to the pizzeria. Possibly his role model might have been Kr karbs from a show that he used to watch as a cub. but if you make him mad from anything out of place, he might go ape shit.
Bonnie the bunny: not the brightest of the band, but is known to play his gutair at really high volumes that can annoy the customers. So if this happens freddy usually gives him a slap to the back of the head, or even breaking his gutair.
Chica the chicken: a band member you don't want to mess with, she has an addiction with pizza and sometimes seen to steal slices from children and parents. But at night she can it into the kitchen and tries to find some more. Thats way you can hear the pots and pans in the first game.
Foxy the pirate fox: never leave him out of your sight for one second, known to fazbear as a dirty thieffen fox who sometimes tries to steal money from wallets to parishes. At night he can have to much to drink from beer barrels at a pub next to the pizzeria and try's to kill the guard in the office. But however passes out on the floor before kill him.
Golden freddy: sadly I can't think of anything for him
