Flash is imho still the best way to utter emotions and actuallity via the website.
Of course it's possibly with css also (at least in a similar way)... but well it's like trying to make a bike go as fast as a car... ^^

When it's online i will post a link to it. Concerning the development technology i don't know the details yet. Propably full flash/flex or html/ajax. I'm personaly more for a flash site becouse then it can be resized to any resolution and still look the same without quality loss. Since there are almost only vector graphics used so the file size and loding time will be short... thou it depends what the project leader decides.

Thanks for the link, realy apreciate it! I do know that with good html&css coding you can get a real nice floating - resizing site. But it has one concern - fonts and the typeface (for exemaple when you want to use helvetica for paragraph text and to look good - I realy don't like the broweser's build in antialiasing). Maybe i know html and css to little to speak about it but I'm a fan of the flex technology. For a graphic designer it is a much better tool to developing sites then coding . You should try it sometime...
