I'm not sure where Saranac Lake is, even though I'm a New Yorker (Long Islander) myself, it is truly gorgeous. Wow. The colors just work so much. Maybe I can force my family to go.

It is near the Adirondacs (or in, I'm really not sure). If you do go, go in autumn... it is much much more beautiful than during summer.

The sunrises were also beautiful, but being not much of a morning person I was only able to see it once and with no pictures out of the 6 days I was there
