We very rarely get mist, only when it either gets really cold or really hot... You're very lucky you live in such an amazing place with that weather!

I can't say it was a rare opportunity, most of our mornings and a lot of evenings are like this. It is like walking in heaven.

My Dad has a second house in Vermont and the scenery there is phenomenal year round.  I spent several summers there and quite often went up during winter break for the skiing. Where I actually live tho is 'verdant'.  It has been taken into the slow but insistent clutches of urban sprawl but there is still plenty of greenery.  I think every place has it's own kind of beauty.  You just have to be open to seeing it.

That is so true, I had to teach my wife to slow down and see the world around her. After six years, she has finally gotten where she can find the beauty she would often miss.
