I love the trails on that staff and sword collide, but I don't like that first attack....
It doesn't matter if you created the "detached limbs" that smash down on that red stick on purpose, it kinda ruins the aesthetic of the rest of this epic entry.

On the black stick's first attack, when he uses his arms to slam down on the red stick there's this weird frame where it looks like his arms are detached from his body and they're on top of his head, as if to act as a trail.

it is a trail and it's used really commonly. if you noticed, almost all the trails follow the same style. the jagged lines/after images.

I know, which is why I acknowledge that he may have done it purposefully. But specifically here, it sticks out like a sore thumb as "not a trail" when it is juxtaposed with trails done in another style, especially the sword and staff movements and the black stick's "zoom dash" thingy.
