It's been so long since I updated ANYTHING that I was actually staring at the screen trying to figure out how to do it
New comic/manga/whatever! I'm trying to get this into this contest (wish me luck >.<)
STORY:
Evelina had a harsh life, and she only wants to have a friend. Instead, through means she can't explain, she finds herself transported into a distant future. Waking up in the wrong place, being locked up in the city sub-levels, her situation seems to get worse each moment. Until she meets Reo, a strange guy who offers his help in exchange for a little entertainment.
I'll be uploading the comic (when time allows, that is) here .

^_^ the contest is very challenging... the target readers are grown ups, and they're looking for original stuff, and I have to squeeze the story in 50 pages @_@
...but it's good that the deadline is far away and I have time to draw and even fix pages. XD

i;'d have so much trouble attracting an older audience. mature storylines aren't my thing. ^_^
50 pages huh? wow. it seems like a lot at first- but that will be really difficult to develop a good plot with that length. good luck Neji you can do it.

I have trouble with the audience too, haha, but to my surprise I learned that the magazine holding the contest also published stuff like "Chi's Sweet Home" (you can look it up on youtube, it's about a sweet little kitty). I mean, I thought that was for kids O.o Or maybe it's like that because grown-ups who buy the magazine probably have kids... little kids won't buy magazines I suppose, but still ... confusing @_@
I have the plot, I just hope I can squeeze it in there >.<
The deadline is 31 July. And it made me realize that I can't only do a page a week like I planned, because I won't finish it in time @_@. Somehow I'll have to have updates at least twice a week (@_@) and the pages take more time to do then the ones in Miraj,... and they take enough time too....

I read that once! On onemanga before it shut down. It did seem like for little kids lol. If i do recall right it had little dialogue?
but then the kids wouldn't be allowed to look at the rest of the content in that magazine. hm..
you'll need to plan the layout of the pages carefully and ahead of time. ^^ that way you aren't in a tough spot towards the end.
Thats not too bad of a time limit. I hope you can accomplish that. :] Life can be pretty busy afterall.

OMG plan T_T? Yeah, it does sound reasonable, but I'm just so bad at planning... I have the action in my head but... oh, why is it so hard to make a plan, I don't know *sigh*

Haha, don't worry, you are quite right about the plan, it's necessary, and I should do one too, it's just... I'm lazy >_<, and it's a little more difficult to do a plan for Beta Pattern, cause I want it to be more different, that's why I'd rather think one page at a time... even though it's risky. Thanks

I didn't.- what i did was eat a lot of food in LA, and watch a bunch of Michael Myers movies on TV. you're not the only lame one! ;] haha.
My cousin wanted me to go to a halloween party with her but i don't dance ^^' (plus my cousins tend to get drunk and crazy) maybe next year I'll go with them. to be less lame of a person. she got a little upset with me and it made me feel bad. ^_^'\\
Cat costumes are really cute. ^^ or sexy...depending on the costume. Some costumes are too revealing for my taste xD
