not exactly, there's a lot of simillar themes and they still aprove those themes. Maybe I sit down and take more time to make something unique but if they don't aprove there's only one reason...

I really like this theme, not sure about the color on the Go button tho (search the site, at the bottom), maybe gray might be more suitable.
Also not sure if you covered wider screens for the background on the slider part and maybe align the orbs (slider pagination) to the vertical center of the the part that pops out at that gray bar instead of the gray bar + the pop out part.
Besides that maybe just fix the alignment a bit in the menu since for some of the menu item the item is aligned with the line underneath but for some it isn't, make sure they are all aligned properly.
