People should stop complaining or nitpicking the picture. I don't see anything where you say you draw the viewer's version of perfect anatomy and I doubt they could do much better.

Wow I had no idea a popular artist like yourself could get haters. I think what people don't understand is that not all female bodies are the same. Her hips might seem lower than "normal" but girls are all different and idk how people were complaining about the hand/arm positions at all. All you need to know is that if your happy with it then that's all that matters, don't let these haters keep you down.

This is very nice!
My only complaint would be that the thighs, more specifically her right one, are kinda chubby and a bit off, but overall I really like the way the coloring/shading is done, and this style suits Rin well. <3

what is there to complain about? I love these awesome pictures with beautiful anatomy! It doesn't have to be realistic, what point is it in being able to draw if you only have to stay in the frames of reality?? specially speaking of anatomy! I think it looks really cool!

Okay I take it back. The lower half of her body makes me cringe. One's legs don't twist like that, nor is a hip that large in comparison to the others. And don't tell me foreshortening, that won't work in this case.

the anatomy looks fine, anime isnt real, most cartoons/anime over exaggerate anatomy all the time.
you dont see people complaining about anatomy when it comes to boobs in some hentai but they rip on hands?

Funny, because when you look at his art gallery(NobodyPowersNothing's), his anatomy is off too. :S I don't know why people complain about other peoples art, it theirs aren't perfect either. >_>;; Though I suck at anatomy.

Because it's natural for the human brain to see mistakes in anatomy issues, but some people have problems making the correct anatomy on paper.
It isn't nice to judge someones critiquing skills based on not having an artistic ability. If you ask me, ~NobodyPowersNothing was making a good point and making an attempt to help (yeah it was a short comment and could have been much better) but *ComiPa 's short "kay" makes him/her seem stuck up, and seeing all of their fans defend them blindly like this, it's no wonder!
They obviously can't take a hit to their pride. Nice or not.
And I wouldn't be butting in to explain this, but I made the same mistake in the past. Someone gave me really good criticism, but I was being ganged up on by other people. So when I saw the good crit person with a mediocre gallery I kinda got upset at them. It wasn't pretty, so I am just trying to let you know, before you make a mistake like me XP

P: I get what you mean, but sometimes people just critique others art to sound like a smart ass, and there are people who don't like or take criticism, but some people learn better when people critic their art. In my opinion sometimes when people don't ask for critique, you shouldn't do it unless you asked them. Haha, you're not butting in, only stating your opinion. Dx Ouch, did you guys resolve it?

Yes I agree. I NEVER leave a critique if they say "no critiques please" but if it isn't stated I guess I take it as open ended. I try to leave a suggestion or good critique. But SOMETIMES people blow up-like what recently. So people like that should probably say "no crits plz" however-I should ask if they want a critique first, that would probably prevent people from blowing up in the future.
And no. Nothing has been resolved. Just more raging, and now bashing of people/groups... and no regretting it either : /

I can very well see that you take things seriously! Your flying off the handle when people try and help! I was TRYING to be nice and lend a hand, artist to artist, and then you attacked me, which wasn't very good of you I might add. Why don't we both just learn from this situation and drop it okay? Next time I'll take pictures of hands, redline and leave a good constructive critique, and I'm sure you can figure out something you could do better too.

was written before... Help that isn't necessary is not "HELP" at all... so try to figure it out...
as for "NICE" try reading your first comment... it wasn't really nice to me in anyway... especially this... "I suggest looking at an actual hand in that pose, try taking a picture maybe?... you know for the long time I've been drawing and giving out critiques... I always and first most ask and say "REFERENCE".
And I'm already fed up with the comments on this piece you didn't need to add/fuel it more... And why did it have to be this specific piece?... "coz it's RIN, VOCALOID and she doesn't look like this..." Better TROLL him... is what I see since I even before I posted it...

Kay I'm only going to say this... I don't care if its Rin from Vocaloid, that had nothing to do with it... matter of a fact the only Vocaloid I am positive about their outfit and shit is Miku, sooo... I wasn't saying her outfit is wrong or anything I was judging the anatomy o her right hand. Which I would like to say the left hand is fantastic, and her outfit and pose is stunning. I was just trying to help. I can obviously see that I went about it the wrong way, but attacking me isn't the answer.
Also I said that you should take an actual picture merely as a suggestion, I honestly had no idea that that could be taken the wrong way. I've been drawing and giving critiques for a long time as well, but it doesn't mean that people don't give me critiques or suggestions (which my comment was a suggestion due to lack of time) I even had people say rude things, which HURT. BAD. I stated that what they said was hurtful and then proceeded to ask them to explain themselves. I didn't freak out and bash people.
