Here we have a GDI Radar Installation, more commonly and traditionally referred to as the Communications Center.

This happens to be an original concept idea for the Comms. Center (note the Ion Cannon Uplink and Drop Pod Node "attachments"). Interestingly enough, this concept image appeared on Westwood's main website BEFORE Firestorm was released (in which the Drop Pod Node made its first appearance)

I recommend one checks out Tiberian Sun Retro, an awesome mod that converts Tiberian Sun to how Westwood originally intended (albeit influence from Electronic Arts)

I'm thinking did this picture, too, unless he corrects me.
