Correct me if I'm wrong, but lights would still shine on the dark side... Interesting piece, but I think ya forgot that

Yeah, on Planets the Lights would not shine in the lights side but the dark side. But because this is Planet Helta. And the population there is unbearable they have a constant smog all around the planet, so they need to keep the lights on all the time since the smog makes it so dark.
Because Helta is an enemy of the Delta's even though they created them in the first place. The Helta's are the bad guys, they are trying to take over the total of 7 planets in there solar system. Also, they are not very friendly to their planet.

Yeah; I was more thinking tho of night shots of Earth, on clear night skies you can see city lights shining like beacons. Real pretty stuff.
